Chính sách này cho biết ứng dụng Immortal Reader và các trang đọc truyện trên trang web của chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì, lưu ở đâu và bạn có những quyền gì. Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập những gì cần để ứng dụng chạy được.

Ai chịu trách nhiệm

Immortal Reader do Trịnh Văn Công phát triển và vận hành (gọi là "chúng tôi"). Bạn liên hệ với chúng tôi qua mục Góp ý trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt > Góp ý) hoặc qua trang hỗ trợ ghi trong mục Giới thiệu.

Dùng không cần tài khoản

Bạn đọc truyện, nghe đọc, dịch và tải truyện về máy mà không cần tài khoản. Khi chưa đăng nhập, ứng dụng không gửi tên, email hay thông tin nhận dạng bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ gửi một mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên khi đếm lượt xem truyện và khi bạn gửi góp ý. Mã này do ứng dụng tự tạo, không lấy từ phần cứng hay số điện thoại.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Tài khoản (khi bạn đăng ký): tên đăng nhập, email, mật khẩu và vai trò. Mật khẩu được băm bằng bcrypt, chúng tôi không đọc được.
• Đồng bộ (khi đã đăng nhập): tủ truyện và lịch sử đọc (truyện nào, tên, ảnh bìa, tác giả, chương và đoạn đang đọc, đã lưu hay chưa, thời điểm), danh sách truyện và chương bạn đã tải về máy, cùng mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên. Dữ liệu này giúp bạn đọc tiếp trên máy khác.
• Lượt xem truyện: khi bạn mở trang một truyện, ứng dụng gửi mã truyện, mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên, ngày theo đồng hồ máy và tài khoản nếu bạn đã đăng nhập, để đếm lượt xem hiện trên trang truyện.
• Góp ý và báo cáo nội dung: những gì bạn viết, loại góp ý hoặc lý do báo cáo, truyện và chương bị báo cáo, thông tin liên hệ nếu bạn tự điền, mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên, nền tảng (Android, iOS) và phiên bản ứng dụng.
• Nhật ký bảo mật: địa chỉ IP và chuỗi nhận dạng ứng dụng (user agent) được ghi vào nhật ký máy chủ khi đăng nhập thất bại hoặc khi một phiên bị dùng lại bất thường. Địa chỉ IP cũng được dùng tạm thời để giới hạn số yêu cầu, chống lạm dụng.

Các ứng dụng không có quảng cáo và không dùng công cụ phân tích hay báo lỗi của bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng hay trang web của người khác. Quảng cáo chỉ có thể xuất hiện trên các trang đọc truyện của trang web, xem mục "Quảng cáo trên trang web".

Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn

Cài đặt đọc, sổ từ vựng, nội dung chương đã tải, bản dịch và giọng đọc đã tải được lưu trên máy và không gửi cho chúng tôi. Đọc to dùng bộ đọc của hệ điều hành hoặc giọng đọc đã tải về, chạy hẳn trên máy, nên nội dung chương không bị gửi đi để đọc.

Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba

• Google ML Kit (dịch trên máy): văn bản được dịch ngay trên máy và không gửi đi. Khi tải mô hình ngôn ngữ và khi dịch, ML Kit gửi cho Google thông tin chẩn đoán: hãng, mẫu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, tên gói và phiên bản ứng dụng, mã định danh cài đặt, số đo hiệu năng, ngôn ngữ nguồn và đích, mã lỗi. Google mô tả việc này tại https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure.
• Giọng đọc tải thêm (tuỳ chọn): tệp giọng Piper và Kokoro tải từ GitHub, tệp giọng Supertonic tải từ Hugging Face. Như mọi lượt tải, máy chủ của họ thấy địa chỉ IP của bạn.

Quảng cáo trên trang web

Các ứng dụng không có quảng cáo: ứng dụng Vạn Thư Các trên iOS và Android, và bản ứng dụng chạy trên web, không hiện quảng cáo và không tải mã quảng cáo.

Riêng các trang đọc truyện của Vạn Thư Các mở bằng trình duyệt (địa chỉ /novel/immortalreader/...) có thể hiện quảng cáo của Google AdSense trên những truyện đã được chúng tôi duyệt. Khi đó trình duyệt của bạn tải mã quảng cáo từ máy chủ của Google, Google thấy địa chỉ trang bạn đang mở như với mọi trang có quảng cáo, và Google có thể dùng cookie và mã nhận dạng để hiển thị, đo lường và chống gian lận quảng cáo.

Mặc định chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá. Trên trang đọc, bạn có thể cho phép quảng cáo phù hợp với bạn hoặc giữ quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá. Lựa chọn được lưu trong trình duyệt; xoá dữ liệu của trang web trong trình duyệt thì lựa chọn bị huỷ và trang đọc hỏi lại. Ở Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ, Google hỏi ý kiến bạn trước bằng công cụ xin đồng ý (CMP) của Google.

Chúng tôi không gửi cho Google tài khoản, tủ truyện hay lịch sử đọc của bạn. Cách Google dùng dữ liệu: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Với bạn đọc ở Việt Nam, việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân tuân theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15. Bạn có thể từ chối quảng cáo cá nhân hoá ngay trên trang đọc, và rút lại sự đồng ý đã cho bằng cách xoá dữ liệu của trang web trong trình duyệt rồi chọn lại trên trang đọc. Với các yêu cầu khác về dữ liệu của bạn, hãy liên hệ với chúng tôi như ghi ở mục "Quyền của bạn và xoá dữ liệu".

Mục đích sử dụng

Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu trên để cung cấp tài khoản và đồng bộ, đếm lượt xem, xử lý góp ý và báo cáo nội dung, và bảo vệ tài khoản khỏi truy cập trái phép. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho quảng cáo và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba, trừ khi pháp luật buộc phải làm.

Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do chúng tôi thuê và quản lý. Mọi kết nối giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ dùng HTTPS. Dữ liệu tài khoản và đồng bộ được giữ cho đến khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Góp ý và báo cáo được giữ để xử lý và theo dõi, và bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá. Nhật ký bảo mật chỉ nằm trong nhật ký máy chủ, không lưu vào cơ sở dữ liệu.

Quyền của bạn và xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có thể xem dữ liệu đồng bộ của mình ngay trong ứng dụng, đăng xuất bất cứ lúc nào, và xoá tài khoản trong màn Tài khoản. Xoá tài khoản xoá thông tin tài khoản và dữ liệu đồng bộ. Nếu không mở được ứng dụng, hãy làm theo trang yêu cầu xoá tài khoản ghi trên trang hỗ trợ. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá các dữ liệu khác bằng cách liên hệ với chúng tôi.

Trẻ em

Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn biết điều đó đã xảy ra, hãy báo để chúng tôi xoá.

Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và báo trong ứng dụng nếu thay đổi quan trọng.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Immortal Reader app and the story reading pages on our website collect, what it is used for, where it is kept and what your rights are. We collect only what the app needs to work.

Who is responsible

Immortal Reader is developed and run by Trịnh Văn Công ("we"). You can reach us through Feedback in the app (Settings > Feedback) or through the support page listed under About.

Using the app without an account

You can read, listen, translate and download stories without an account. While you are signed out the app sends no name, email or anything that identifies you. It sends only a random device code when it counts a story view and when you send feedback. The app makes that code up itself; it is not taken from your hardware or phone number.

Data we collect

• Account (when you register): username, email, password and role. The password is hashed with bcrypt, so we cannot read it.
• Sync (when signed in): your library and reading history (which stories, their title, cover, author, the chapter and paragraph you are on, whether you saved them, and when), the list of stories and chapters you downloaded, and the random device code. This lets you carry on reading on another device.
• Story views: when you open a story page the app sends the story id, the random device code, the date on your device and your account if you are signed in, to count the views shown on the story page.
• Feedback and content reports: what you write, the kind of feedback or the reason for a report, the story and chapter reported, contact details if you choose to give them, the random device code, the platform (Android, iOS) and the app version.
• Security logs: the IP address and user agent are written to the server log when a sign-in fails or a session is reused unexpectedly. The IP address is also used briefly to limit the number of requests and stop abuse.

The apps have no ads and no third-party analytics or crash reporting. We do not sell data and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Ads can appear only on the website's story reading pages; see "Ads on the website".

Data that stays on your device

Reader settings, the vocabulary notebook, downloaded chapters, translations and downloaded voices are kept on your device and are not sent to us. Reading aloud uses your system's speech engine or a downloaded voice running on the device, so chapter text is not sent anywhere to be read.

Third-party services

• Google ML Kit (on-device translation): text is translated on the device and not sent anywhere. When it downloads a language model and while it translates, ML Kit sends Google diagnostic information: device maker, model and OS version, app package name and version, an installation identifier, performance metrics, the source and target languages, and error codes. Google describes this at https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure.
• Extra voices (optional): Piper and Kokoro voice files download from GitHub and Supertonic voice files from Hugging Face. As with any download, their servers see your IP address.

Ads on the website

Only the website may show ads; the apps show no ads. The Immortal Reader app on iOS and Android, and the app running on the web, load no ad code.

Only the story reading pages of the Immortal Reader website opened in a browser (addresses /novel/immortalreader/...) may show Google AdSense ads, on stories we have approved. On those pages your browser loads ad code from Google's servers, Google sees the address of the page you are on, as with any page that carries ads, and Google may use cookies and identifiers to show and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud.

By default we ask only for non-personalised ads. On the reading page you can allow ads suited to you or keep non-personalised ads. The choice is kept in your browser; clearing the site's data in your browser removes it and the reading page asks again. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent first through Google's consent tool (CMP).

We do not send Google your account, your library or your reading history. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

For readers in Vietnam, personal data is processed under Law No. 91/2025/QH15 on personal data protection. You can refuse personalised ads on the reading page, and withdraw consent you gave by clearing the site's data in your browser and choosing again on the reading page. For any other request about your data, contact us as described under "Your rights and deleting your data".

Why we use it

We use the data above to provide accounts and sync, count views, handle feedback and content reports, and protect accounts from unauthorised access. We do not use your data for advertising and do not share it with third parties unless the law requires us to.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we rent and manage. Every connection between the app and our server uses HTTPS. Account and sync data is kept until you delete your account. Feedback and reports are kept to handle and follow them up, and you can ask for them to be deleted. Security logs live only in the server log, not in the database.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can see your synced data in the app, sign out at any time, and delete your account on the Account screen. Deleting the account deletes the account details and the synced data. If you cannot open the app, follow the account deletion page linked from the support page. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete other data by contacting us.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you know this has happened, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When the policy changes we update the date at the top and, for an important change, say so in the app.

本政策说明 Immortal Reader 应用及我们网站上的小说阅读页面收集哪些数据、用途、存放位置以及您的权利。我们只收集应用运行所需的数据。

责任方

Immortal Reader 由 Trịnh Văn Công 开发和运营（以下称"我们"）。您可以通过应用内的"反馈"（设置 > 反馈）或"关于"中列出的支持页面联系我们。

无需账号即可使用

无需账号即可阅读、收听、翻译和下载小说。未登录时，应用不会发送您的姓名、邮箱或任何可识别您的信息。只有在统计小说浏览量和您发送反馈时，应用才会发送一个随机设备码。该设备码由应用自行生成，不取自硬件或电话号码。

我们收集的数据

• 账号（注册时）：用户名、邮箱、密码和角色。密码经 bcrypt 哈希处理，我们无法读取。
• 同步（登录后）：书架和阅读记录（哪些小说、书名、封面、作者、当前章节和段落、是否收藏及时间）、您下载到设备的小说和章节列表，以及随机设备码。这样您可以在其他设备上继续阅读。
• 小说浏览量：打开小说页面时，应用会发送小说编号、随机设备码、设备上的日期，登录时还包括您的账号，用于统计小说页面上显示的浏览量。
• 反馈和内容举报：您写的内容、反馈类型或举报原因、被举报的小说和章节、您自愿填写的联系方式、随机设备码、平台（Android、iOS）和应用版本。
• 安全日志：登录失败或会话被异常重复使用时，IP 地址和用户代理（user agent）会写入服务器日志。IP 地址也会被临时用于限制请求次数，防止滥用。

各应用没有广告，也不使用第三方分析或崩溃报告工具。我们不出售数据，也不会在其他公司的应用或网站上跟踪您。广告只可能出现在网站的小说阅读页面上，详见"网站上的广告"。

仅保存在您设备上的数据

阅读设置、生词本、已下载的章节、译文和已下载的语音都保存在设备上，不会发送给我们。朗读使用系统语音引擎或在设备上运行的已下载语音，因此章节内容不会为了朗读而被发送出去。

第三方服务

• Google ML Kit（设备端翻译）：文字在设备上翻译，不会被发送出去。下载语言模型和翻译时，ML Kit 会向 Google 发送诊断信息：设备厂商、型号和系统版本、应用包名和版本、安装标识符、性能指标、源语言和目标语言以及错误代码。Google 的说明见 https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure。
• 额外语音（可选）：Piper 和 Kokoro 语音文件从 GitHub 下载，Supertonic 语音文件从 Hugging Face 下载。与任何下载一样，其服务器会看到您的 IP 地址。

网站上的广告

只有网站可能显示广告，应用没有广告：iOS 和 Android 上的 Immortal Reader 应用以及在网页上运行的应用都不显示广告，也不加载广告代码。

仅在浏览器中打开的 Immortal Reader 网站小说阅读页面（地址为 /novel/immortalreader/...）可能会在我们审核通过的小说上显示 Google AdSense 广告。此时您的浏览器会从 Google 的服务器加载广告代码；与任何带广告的页面一样，Google 会看到您正在打开的页面地址，并可能使用 Cookie 和标识符来展示、衡量广告以及防止广告欺诈。

默认情况下，我们只请求非个性化广告。您可以在阅读页面上允许显示适合您的广告，或保留非个性化广告。您的选择保存在浏览器中；在浏览器中清除本网站的数据会撤销该选择，阅读页面会再次询问。在欧洲经济区、英国和瑞士，Google 会先通过 Google 的同意管理工具（CMP）征求您的同意。

使用目的

我们使用上述数据来提供账号和同步、统计浏览量、处理反馈和内容举报，并保护账号免受未经授权的访问。我们不会将您的数据用于广告，除非法律要求，也不会与第三方共享。

存储与安全

数据存放在我们租用并管理的服务器上。应用与服务器之间的所有连接都使用 HTTPS。账号和同步数据会保留到您删除账号为止。反馈和举报会为处理和跟进而保留，您可以要求删除。安全日志只存在于服务器日志中，不写入数据库。

您的权利与删除数据

您可以在应用中查看同步数据，随时退出登录，并在"账号"页面删除账号。删除账号会删除账号信息和同步数据。如果无法打开应用，请按照支持页面上链接的账号删除页面操作。您也可以联系我们，要求查看、更正或删除其他数据。

儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的数据。如您发现此类情况，请告诉我们，我们会将其删除。

政策变更

政策变更时，我们会更新页首的日期；如有重要变更，会在应用内告知。
